Privacy
Who is responsible
Wohhbling Crew, reachable at info@wohbblingcrew.com, is responsible for the data collected through this website.
What we collect
What you type into the contact form (your name, email address, subject and message) and, if you sign up, your email for the newsletter. We use contact messages to answer your request and keep them for as long as the conversation needs it.
reCAPTCHA
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam. Google may process technical data from your browser for this check, under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Browser storage
The site stores two small values in your browser's session storage: one so the intro animation plays once per visit, and one to tell the first page of a visit from the next ones. They contain no personal data and are deleted when you close the tab. The site uses no cookies.
Visit statistics
We count visits to understand what people like and to keep the site working, without cookies. For each page we record the page, the website or app you came from, an approximate country (taken from your device's time zone), the type of device and browser, and technical errors if a page breaks. Your IP address is never stored: together with a code that changes every day it becomes an anonymous identifier that cannot be traced back to you and is different every day. Statistics are kept for up to 13 months and are seen only by us.
Fonts and links
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Release buttons open external platforms such as Spotify and SoundCloud, which have their own privacy policies.
Newsletter
If you sign up to the newsletter we keep your email address, the date of your sign-up and confirmation, and the connection it came from, as a record of your consent. Your subscription only starts after you confirm it from the email we send you. We use the address only to send news about Wohhbling Crew: releases, remixes and dates. Every email has a link to unsubscribe in one click; after that you get nothing more from us. Emails are sent from info@wohbblingcrew.com through our mail provider.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data you sent us, or object to its use, by writing to info@wohbblingcrew.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
